Jordan Media City launches MySat GO OTT platform


With using our DAION platform, MySAT GO will operate unmanned VOD ingest work-flows and 60+ live channels to its subscribers in APAC region, Canada and Brasil.



Global CDN and streaming solutions company Erstream, released its innovative Dynamic Ad Insertion and Social Clipper platform called ‘DAION,’ and started their latest project in partnership with Jordan Media City (JMC), the largest media hub in the Middle East, for the MySat GO Platform. In partnership with regional teleport leader JMC (Jordan Media City), Erstream is launching MySat GO OTT platform of IND, the widest distributor of Arabic, Italian and Greek channels. Mainly in Australia, MySat GO platform provides a distinctive selection of general entertainment, drama, movies, news, music and religious Arabic live channels and Video on Demand service to its subscribers in APAC region, Canada and Brasil. Thanks to Erstream’s DAION platform, MySat GO operates unmanned VOD ingest work-flows and 60+ live channels with unique features and capabilities such as Timeshifting, reverse EPG, Dynamic Ad Insertion, Catch Up TV, NPVR. The Middle East & North Africa launch event of the MySat GO OTT service will be held in Istanbul on September 24th. in march 2017 Jordan Media City had partnered with Erstream to offer a new OTT streaming solution across all devices, geographies, and time zones. By integrating Erstream’s streaming software technology and selected content protection services, JMC is set to offer its customers a complete broadcast cycle from satellite to hundreds of thousands of devices and viewers online. DAION provides Ad replacement option for video ads on live streams with targeted Ads without affecting viewing experience of end users. Erstream DAION uses an AI based video processing technology to recognise video segments on live streams without any need for Ad-Markers on playout level. DAION offers content sharing option to Catchup TV or Social Media Video Platforms directly from DAION Social interface.
